At Barclay Products Limited, we stand behind the quality of our home fixtures and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and resaleable condition. Please note that installed products or custom orders are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Place the product in its original manufacturer's box with all mounting hardware and manuals included to ensure full credit eligibility.

Shipping and Labeling

Clearly mark your RGA number on the outer shipping carton and send the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx.

Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item within 5-7 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method.
