Most in-stock items, including our signature bathtubs, ship within 3 to 5 business days. Larger freight items typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.
Do Barclay products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all Barclay products are backed by a limited warranty. Most of our resin and cast iron tubs carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
What is your return policy for home hardware and fixtures?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large freight items.
Can I install Barclay sinks and faucets myself?
While many of our products include DIY-friendly instructions, we strongly recommend professional installation by a licensed plumber to ensure compliance with local building codes and to maintain warranty validity.
How do I care for and clean my copper or brass fixtures?
To maintain the finish, clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. For living finishes like natural copper, the patina will evolve over time unless a wax sealant is applied.
